Yoga for Mind and Body
Weds 8-9.30pm.
£6 per week.
For men and women of all ages, levels of fitness and experience, including beginners.
This is real yoga - easy to learn but highly effective techniques from ancient times which are still relevant today. Yoga practice links the body, the breath and the mind for all round physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in this mixed level class with experienced yoga teacher, Sue Harvey, BA (Hons), Dip. FRYOG.

Good for you Snack- Banana
Not only are bananas creamy and sweet, they are also nutritious and are available all year-round. You can just eat bananas as they are, toss them in your breakfast cereal, or simply blend bananas with low-fat milk to make a delicious smoothie. This grab-and-go snacks are a good source of vitamin B6, vitamin C and fibre.
