Herons Badminton Club
Herons is a friendly club and welcome members of all abilities. Present member ages range from sixteen to seventy, mainly playing doubles. Herons play friendly rather than league matches and offer a free session on your first visit.
They meet weekly on Mondays, session times 7.30pm - 9.00pm. If you would like further details please contact Sue Marshall on 01252-710498 or alternatively just turn up for a game! |

Soy
Soy products such as soy milk and soy beans contain high amounts of protein which comprise of all essential amino acids (the only such vegetable source to do so). Soy beans are also a rich source of calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, B vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids and fibre.
