Herons Badminton Club

Herons is a friendly club and welcome members of all abilities. Present member ages range from sixteen to seventy, mainly playing doubles. Herons play friendly rather than league matches and offer a free session on your first visit.

They meet weekly on Mondays, session times 7.30pm - 9.00pm. If you would like further details please contact Sue Marshall on 01252-710498 or alternatively just turn up for a game!
   
 
   
 
     

Salmon

It is a good source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids - which has been shown to decrease LDL (bad) cholesterol and raise HDL (good) cholesterol. In 2002, the American Heart Association recommended eating at least 2 servings of fish a week, particularly fatty fish such as salmon.
