Our ever popular gym is open every day and we are pleased to be able to offer you an outstanding membership package for just £22 per month!!!

In terms of quality and enjoyment, the equipment is unbeatable with each CV machine equipped with its own TV screen offering the user complete choice of entertainment. You will not find these machines anywhere else locally!

There are 18 pieces of CV and 16 pieces of strength machines with a limited amount of free weights complete with Smiths Machine.

There is no joining fee just a one off induction fee of £25.(special offers are available)

If you wish to use the suite as a casual user prices are just £4 & £5 per visit depending on the time of day.

We have also devised a unique supervision system that enables each customer to benefit from expert advice totally free of charge and bookable daily!

Soy

Soy products such as soy milk and soy beans contain high amounts of protein which comprise of all essential amino acids (the only such vegetable source to do so).
