Based in the heart of Aldershot's community we pride ourselves in the friendliest of welcomes combined with excellent service and comprehensive value for money activities that appeal to all.
We run a programme covering all types of aerobics classes, yoga, pilates, martial arts and an extensive fitness suite which incorporates a wide range of machines from Technogym. This is in addition to the traditional activities that are available in our sports hall such as five a side, cricket, badminton, table tennis and basketball. There are many activities for juniors which include birthday parties, judo and use of our fitness suite.
Access is easy from M3, A331, A31 and A325 with free parking on site.

Connaught Leisure is part of the Get Active Scheme. This scheme is designed to help people over 16 years of age who are inactive and have a health related problem. You can ask your gp to refer you to us for some prescribed exercise.

We are able to cater for large and small events due to both the flexibility and number of rooms available for hire. We are the home of the Farnham & District Model Railway Exhibition which annually attracts over 3000 visitors during its weekend and also Connaught Castle Day Nursery which takes children from 3 months to 4 years.
