Our fantastic 30 station Technogym equipped gym is locally unrivalled with the cardiovascular machines each having their own integrated TV which enables the customer total choice of entertainment whilst working out.
The strength machines are ergonomically superior therefore isolating each muscle group for more effective toning.
It is not just about equipment however, as our gym offers an unmatched atmosphere with friendly, approachable staff.
We have recently launched a unique supervision system that will change the way gyms operate thoroughout the country. This is called one to one 30 and allows each customer to book a free 30 minute personal training session with an instructor on each visit if required.
All this is available at just £22 per month direct debit.
We are also able to offer members annual membership which can save you up to £90! This includes a free induction for new members. £242 can be paid annually (in advance) for single members or £440 for a joint membership. Speak to one of our team members for further info.

Direct debit is not mandatory as we also offer casual membership whereby customers can pay on each visit. Prices are £4 off peak & £5 peak.
We have a very simple motto in our gym... exercise for all ages, sizes, and levels of fitness! You wont find a more relaxed gym anywhere!
Personal Programmes
Have a personal exercise plan tailored to meet your needs and exercise goals.
Setting targets is a good way to motivate you to maintain your exercise regime.
A personal programme means that you will have a one to one consultation with one of our instructors, who will set a 6-week plan to your requirements. After 6 weeks you can have a re-assessment to see how you are doing and to set new targets for your training.
Remember there are several different types of workout, these can help you to vary your training and try different things. Our fitness team is always on hand in person or by phone to give you help and advice.
Our gym is supervised each evening with daytime sessions also available.

Get Active - GP Referral Exercise on Prescription
What is GP referral?
The scheme is open to anyone who is 16 years and over, inactive and has a health related problem. You can ask your doctor to refer you to us for some prescribed exercise.
Our fully qualified instructor, Linda will put you on the right road to improving your health, fitness and lifestyle by tailoring a fitness programme to your specific health needs.
It is an excellent way for people with health problems (no matter what age) to begin exercising and socialise with others.
All you have to do is see your doctor and he/she will give you a prescription. You then contact us and make an appointment. You must then bring your prescription with you.
The scheme is free to join and you only pay £2.50 for each visit to the gym after that. The scheme lasts for 10 weeks after which you have the option to become a casual or direct debit paying customer.
nb. Please note that some doctors surgeries may not be included in the scheme.
